What happens if it's raining?
Don't worry if it's raining as long as we haven't come and set anything up there is nothing to pay and your deposit is returned in full.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book whenever you would like we do however get very busy around weekends and holidays so would recommend that you book as soon as possible and with our wet weather policy above you don't have to wait to the last minute to see what the weather will be like. However we maybe able to fit you in last minute but please remember we are only in the office 9AM - 9PM.
What does the price include?
Included in the price is Hire, Delivery, Set Up and Collection also included are Safety Mats (bouncy castles and inflatbles only) and all other equipment needed.
Please note that we are based in Bournemouth and deliver to all local areas. However if you are over 30 minutes from us there is an extra £20 fuel charge and in most cases we will not travel further than 1 hour, please contact us if you need more details.
How long is the hire period?
We would normally drop Bouncy Castles / Inflatables off in the morning (8am - 12 noon) and collect again in the evening (5 - 8pm). However we are very flexable and if your booking is for a hall we can deliver and collect when needed. You will get a delivery / collection time slot when booking.
If you would like the equipment longer we offer an extended collection up to 10pm for just an extra £10 per hour or you may wish to have it collected the next morning (secure garden only) for only £30 extra.
Thinking of more than one day? That's fine we give you a £10 discount on each additional day and waiver the overnight fee between days (secure garden only). If you wanted it longer than 3 days please contact us and see what we can offer.
Can your Bouncy Castles or Inflatables go on concrete?
Yes they can, it is obviously alot more dangerous having them sited on concrete. Please let us know at the time of booking so that we can make a note of this. We use sandbags to secure inflatables on concrete please be aware of companies that don't do this!

How will I know my booking is confirmed?
We get lots of phone calls from people who have been let down at the last minute or can't get hold of their hire company! But here at Bournemouth Bouncy Castles we send out contracts (post or email) to confirm your booking. Within this there are full details of the equipment you have hired, equipment sizes, what time it will be delivered and collected as well as our emergency contact numbers.

What else do you need from me?
Access is a very important factor and most people don't realise how heavy inflatables are. We will need at least a 65cm wide clearance for our small inflatables and about 90cm for the large inflatables. The only inflatables that can be taken through a house are the Standard Castles, Castle & Slide 1 or the Adult Castle everything else must have direct access. If you are unsure then please contact us.

We also need a space to put up the inflatable without hanging trees. Please make sure the area is cleared before we are due to arrive to avoid any delays we also kindly ask that you clear up any dog mess.
All our inflatable sizes can be seen on our Castles & Inflatables page please note that you will need a couple of extra foot at the back for the blower and front for mats. Please make sure you check the inflatable will fit as this is your responsibility.
